Made of a mix of mussels, shrimps, conger eels and cockles, this velouté is lightly spiced with ginger and saffron and blended with coconut milk. It makes for the perfect base for a shellfish stew or simply as a quick and easy starter or lunch.

Georges Hilliet, the son of a rowboat fisherman, created the La Belle-Iloise Conserverie in 1932 near the fishing port of Quiberon, in Brittany, Western France. Since then the business has remained family operated for the last 85 years with the focus maintained on the highest quality ingredients and sustainably caught fish, and is currently run by George's Granddaughter, with a their cannery still in Quiberon.

Store in a cool dry place, once opened keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days.

Water, mussel juice (29.8%), white wine (sulphites), coconut milk, carrots, molluscs (4.5%), shrimps, conger eel, sunflower oil, cockles (2.2%) onions, cassava starch, yeast extract, salt, aromatic plants, thickener: guar flour, celery, spices, saffron.
