With their origins starting as early as 1763 in the streets of Torre Annunziata, Naples, a city famed for its streets lined with pasta drying in the sun, production moved to a larger scale in 1879 by Giovanni Voiello himself.

Made of 100% Italian Golden Wheat for extraordinary stability during cooking and formed with traditional bronze dies making for a pasta that holds on to sauce properly.
