A riff on the classic appetiser sauces of Catalonia, Spain, this is a punchy vinegar based sauce with plenty of warmth and spice. Try on fries, as a salad dressing or on some grilled vegetables as a small plate or starter.
We recently served this same sauce as a classic Catalan bar snack on-the-go, drenched over salty crisps, from our Market stall on Lower Stable Street.
