Mutti Double Concentrated Tomato Puree is intense and rich, and is ideal for enhancing the colour, taste and texture of dishes. It is made by reducing 5.5 kg of fresh tomatoes to just 1 kg of Double Concentrated Tomato Puree, with a little salt added to both preserve and add flavour.
