Mutti Double Concentrated Tomato Puree is intense and rich, and is ideal for enhancing the colour, taste and texture of dishes. It is made by reducing 5.5 kg of fresh tomatoes to just 1 kg of Double Concentrated Tomato Puree, with a little salt added to both preserve and add flavour.
Started by Giovanni Mutti in the mid 1800s, Mutti have been pioneers in tomato growing and harvesting for 120 years. Based in Parma, northern Italy, Pictorial lions still protect the first quality award they won for their tomatoes in their logo.
