Marinated in garlic, oregano, a little white wine vinegar and some secret spices, these are the perfect accompaniment to a cold beer or a chilled glass of white wine.
La Ribera celebrate their 80th year in business in 2026. Starting life importing cod from the Nordics to turn into bacalao (salt cod) they have become an institution in Barcelona supplying restaurants and delis across Spain from their shop in El Born.
