Hailing from the food-famous region of Parma, Northern Italy, Casa Firelli is made using Calabrian chillies, Dried Porcini mushrooms and Balsamic Vinegar (IGP). With its smokey, charred flavour from the roasted red peppers, subtle heat from the chillies and delicious umami notes from the Porcini make this an extremely versatile sauce. We use ours liberally over eggs whilst the guys at Casa Firelli recommend as a perfect evolution to chilli oil on your pizza.
Storage: Store in a cool dry place, once opened store refrigerated.
