Made in the food-famous region of Parma, Northern Italy, Casa Firelli is made using Calabrian chillis, Dried Porcini mushrooms, Balsamic Vinegar (IGP) and now... Truffles! Pretty bloody fancy.
With its smokey, charred flavour from the roasted red peppers, subtle heat from the chillis and delicious umami notes from the Porcini it's extremely versatile. We use ours liberally over eggs whilst the guys at Casa Firelli recommend it as the perfect evolution to chilli oil on your pizza.
