Made by the same family for five generations this cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil is made using tiny koroneiki olives grown in Crete, Greece. Hand picked by local families who have been working with olive oil for generations the koroneiki olive variety is tiny in size, the smaller the olive the stronger the flavour, then crushed at the nearby mill before being cold-pressed to transform into golden green oil. Korontini is extra virgin olive oil as it has always been.
