Started in 1845 by pâtissier Adolphe Meurisse in Antwerp, Meurisse were immediately recognised for producing a product of the finest quality. Now relaunched by our friends and great-great-great grandsons of Adolphe's, Meurisse are dedicated to reviving the company's glory whilst ensuring fair and ethical practises are maintained by supporting a living wage for their cocoa farmers, eliminating child labour on the farms and promoting sustainable agriculture with minimal environmental impact.
