Made using Black Olives grown by friend of the Deli, Neil, in Chertsey, Surrey (yes the UK!). These have been painstakingly cured by us over a 5 week period, eliminating their bitterness bringing their rich, and complex flavour to the fore. They have then been paired with some Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Anchovies and Capers resulting in a silky, punchy Tapenade ideal spread over some hot Ciabatta.
Storage: Store at room temperature in a cool, dry place. Once opened refrigerate and consume within 3 days. Ingredients: Chertsey Black Olives (69%), Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Capers, Anchovies (Fish). Allergens: Fish
