Hand harvested in Partinico, Western Sicily on the Bacchi family estate and made from Cerasuola and Biancolilla variety olives this oil is pressed within 12 hours of picking using only mechanical means of extraction meaning no chemicals are used to extract the oil. Its organic production encourages biodiversity within the olive groves and ensures healthy soil for generations to come.
