Having a blend of three olive varieties (Picudo, Hojiblanca and Picual) gives this oil the fruity intensity of the Picudo, subtle almond hints of the Hojiblanca and a slight astringency from the Picual making for a complex and delicious oil. The logo is taken from a medieval engraving, it represents a love of agriculture and respect for tradition.
